At Bear Transfers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to styling your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bear Transfers account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into their protective packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Ship your package from any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
